4 Ingredient Olive Oil Guacamole

Here’s a simple 4 ingredient olive oil guacamole recipe that comes out smooth and creamy. Make a batch anytime and enjoy with fresh veggies, crackers, and chips. Makes a great topping for avocado toast.  Great in so many other recipes too.

I just love avocados.

So, I knew it was time to come up with a new guacamole recipe that’s not only delicious but healthy too.

Around my house, guacamole and just plain avocados are a big part of our diet.

My daughter and I could eat a whole avocado every day.

It has such wonderful healthy benefits along with a mild flavor that fits into so many recipes.

This is our new favorite guacamole recipe.

Simple, easy to throw together anytime and made with only 4 ingredients.

However, you can add in some more spices if you want if you like your guacamole on the hot side.

But, we think this recipe is just perfect the way it is. 4 simple, everyday ingredients to the most delicious guac.

The reason, it’s so smooth and creamy is, you don’t need  a lot of fillers like so many other guacamole recipe have in them. Those fillers just mask the amazing flavor of the avocado. And, isn’t guacamole all about the avocado?

I love adding olive oil which I feel complements the mild tasting guacamole.

Avocados are the best!

How is this 4 ingredient olive oil guacamole made?

Here’s the easy directions:

  1. Rinse whole avocados in cool water. If you have veggie wash, spray that on and rinse well. Dry and cut open.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, remove the pit. Scoop out pulp. First take a butter knife and cut up into fine pieces. Use a fork to mash up until smooth. Add in the rest of the ingredients. Keep mashing until the consistency you like. Taste. You many want to add more salt or lemon juice.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap. You can place the wrap right on the guacamole if you want. Place in fridge up to 1 hour. Take out mix up and serve right away. Enjoy the freshness!
