I love how you can swap one ingredient for another to make a dish lower in carbs and Keto.

This is one recipe that I love to make for company since it looks so pretty.

When working at home, this is easily made for just myself by cutting the recipe in half or even quarters.

I love to sit down and just enjoy this tasty egg dish.

Avocado Deviled Eggs

What you’ll need to make avocado deviled eggs…

Here Are The Simple Everyday Ingredients:

  • 8 large to extra large eggs
  • 1 whole small to medium avocado
  • 1/2 tsp sea or kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black or white pepper,  I used white for this recipe
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped or minced jalapeno pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp dark mustard
  • 1/2 tsp each onion and garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp paprika, I used smoked paprika, found at Trader Joe’s
  • parsley for garnish, optional

How Do You Prepare Avocado Deviled Eggs…

Directions:

  1. Boil eggs as per these easy directed HERE
  2. Once peeled start cutting the eggs in half. Place the yolks in one bowl and set the whites aside for now.
  3. Open up the avocado and first cut up then, chopped. Add the avocado to the egg yolks.
  4. Using a potato masher, incorporate the eggs into the avocado until desired texture.
  5. Add the rest of the ingredients. Now, fill each half of egg white up will filling. Taste for seasoning. Add more of the spices if needed. Top with peppers or parsley for garnish.
