5 Ingredient Wonton Pudding Cups

Here’s a quick and easy recipe for 5 ingredient wonton pudding cups. Simple ingredients for a most delicious creamy and crunchy treat.  These look so cute when prepared and tastes delicious. Make some of these soon and enjoy!

I am loving these wonton wrappers for so many different recipes lately.

They’re great for savory or sweet recipes.

Each wrapper has very few calories and you can do so much them.

I thought of this recipe when there was a bunch pudding cups in my fridge. When the pudding cups are on sale I buy a bunch since everyone in the family likes them so much.

One night it was just my hubby and I at home. My daughter was away at college and my little guy was at a friends house for dinner.

My hubby and I both wanted something sweet to eat since it was well after dinner. We always want some kind of dessert after dinner.

There was ice cream in the freezer and a box of cookies somewhere stashed but, we both didn’t feel like either one that night.

I had remembered I bought the wonton wrappers earlier that day to make some Baked Cinnamon Sugar Wonton Wrappers that my son likes.

Since it was just the two of us, it was not going to make a difference to grab two from the package and save the rest for the crisps the next day.

After baking the wrappers in the oven, the pudding seemed the perfect sweet, creamy filling to pile inside.

Mixing chocolate and vanilla flavors together was a nice change.

By adding just a few more toppings these were the best of crunchy and creamy in one dessert.

Why not try these out, bet you’re going to love these like we do.

How are these 5 ingredient wonton pudding cups made?

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a muffin pan cup with cooking spray and make sure you spray over the rim as well.
  2. Place the wrapper in the muffin cup and flatten the bottom; then lightly mist the wrapper with cooking spray (this will make the wrapper extra crunchy)
  3. Bake for about 5 to 7 minutes, until lightly browned.
  4. Let cool for about 10 minutes.
  5. In a medium bowl, mix the puddings together until combined. Leaving streaks is nice too.
