Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Drumsticks
Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Drumsticks
This recipe for air fryer Buffalo chicken drumsticks is made with only four ingredients. I guess you could consider this a shortcut recipe. Simply cooked in my handy dandy air fryer to perfection.
I made this as a snack one day when my son grabbed a frozen package of drumsticks from the freezer early in the morning and asked me if I would make something with them for lunch or a snack.
Once they defrosted, there were only three more ingredients needed to make up these spicy and delicious drumsticks.
Since we always have ranch seasoning and hot sauce of some kind in the house and of course butter, this was going to be an easy and quick recipe to put together.
I also knew the air fryer was what was going to be what cooked these chicken drumsticks. It was so hot outside and there was no way the oven was going on that day to heat up the kitchen even more than it already was.
The batch was cooked under 30 minutes to crispy perfection.
I’m glad my son let me have two of the six that were made. Haha!
Just a note about the recipe, you can easily double or triple, or keep going. You get the picture. It’s such an easy recipe and you can add a little more of one ingredient or less of another. You taste for yourself. More spicy, less spicy, you’ll know. Just remember, only test the sauce/marinade before you coat the chicken. This is very important.
I think the next time we have game day or get together with friends this is what I’m going to make. They really came out delicious.
These would also be great to bring for a potluck dinner. I’m sure everyone will be reaching for these.
The dip we used that’s in the photo was the other half packet of ranch. We mixed that with some sour cream. You can also use Greek yogurt to mix with the dry ranch mix. You can also use a traditional blue cheese dressing. Don’t forget the celery sticks. You need to cool things off just a bit from those spicy drumsticks.
Here is a really simple and delicious Easy Cucumber Dip to check out. I bet the drumsticks will taste really good dipped in this dip. I know the celery stick do.
So, have fun with these air fryer chicken drumsticks. Enjoy every spicy bite!
