4 Ingredient Olive Oil Guacamole

This is a simple and easy recipe for smooth and creamy guacamole. All you need is 4 simple ingredients and that’s it. Make a batch anytime and enjoy fresh veggies, crackers, and chips. Great in so many other recipes too.

Ingredients

  • 2 large Haas avocados
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice, more if needed after mixing
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp coarse sea or kosher salt, more if needed after mixing
  • 2 tbsp minced onion, this is optional

Instructions

  1. 1.Rinse whole avocados in cool water. If you have veggie wash, spray that on and rinse well. Dry and cut open.

    2.In a medium mixing bowl, remove the pit. Scoop out pulp. First take a butter knife and cut up into fine pieces. Use a fork to mash up until smooth. Add in the rest of the ingredients. Keep mashing until the consistency you like. Taste. You many want to add more salt or lemon juice.

    3.Cover with plastic wrap. You can place the wrap right on the guacamole if you want. Place in fridge up to 1 hour. Take out mix up and serve right away. Enjoy the freshness!
