Simple Steps To Grill Thinly Sliced Veggies

For a simple way to grill thinly sliced vegetables such as eggplant, squash, and zucchini. Check Regina’s easy steps. It’s a foolproof way!

This is an easy way to grill your favorite veggies that are thinly sliced. My dear friend Regina came up these simple steps. Perfect for sandwiches, wraps and pizza. These steps are also good for peppers, onions, and tomatoes. Grill to your health and enjoy!

Simple Steps To Grill Thinly Sliced Veggies

Ingredients:

  • 1 eggplant
  • 2 small yellow squash
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • sea salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat grill to 400 degree
  2. Line grill with foil to keep vegetables from sliding through the grates.
  3. Cut vegetables lengthwise if using on a sandwich, or any desired uniform method.
  4. In a large bowl mix olive oil and vinegar, then toss in vegetable to coat evenly.
Roast vegetables turning often until edges are browned and vegetables are tender.

Enjoy the natural sweetness!
