Ingredients

  • 1 medium to large banana ripe but not too ripe
  • 1/4 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup  fresh blueberries, rinsed and pat dry 
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup sliced or cubed fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons favorite granola of choice
  • tablespoon chopped almonds or nut of choice
  • Optional to add on, shredded coconut, honey, maple syrup, sliced grapes

Instructions

  1. 1. Peal the banana. Slice lengthwise and separate halves on a plate. 

    2. Dollop yogurt onto both halves.

    3 Add on the rest of the toppings and finish with granola or nuts. That's it! Enjoy!
