Cake Mix Strawberry Brownies

These cake mix strawberry brownies are so easy to make. They come out strikingly delectable. Bake a batch soon and tastes the magic. Enjoy

Move over chocolate brownies, there’s a new brownie in town and it’s a *Strawberry Brownie*

These brownies are beyond easy to prepare using a cake mix and have a great dense texture like a chocolate brownie.

I love giving these as gifts for Christmas and Valentine’s Day. Everyone loves them and are so surprised when you tell them they are brownies.

It can’t be easier to pop out a few batches since they are made with a handy dandy cake mix.

When serving at a party, I garnish with fresh strawberries. The platter looks so pretty and elegant yet , know one needs to know how fast and easy the recipe took to bake up.

It will be our little secret.  Try this recipe soon, you’ll love these brownies!

Cake Mix Strawberry Brownies

Yields: 12-16 brownies

🍓🍓🍓

Ingredients:

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix (I used Betty Crocker)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 canola cup oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 – 3/4 cup white chocolate chips for batter
  • 4 ounces chopped up white chocolate or white almond bark works well too, for drizzle

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray a nonstick 7 X 11 baking pan or a glass 7 X 11 baking pan with cooking spray and set aside
  2. Mix strawberry cake mix, eggs, the 1/3 cup of oil and vanilla extract with hand mixer (This is the one I use and love!)  until well combined. Batter will be thick. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  3. Spread batter evenly into pan.
  4. Bake for about 15 -17 minutes or until just set; be careful not to over bake.
  5. Allow brownies to cool for 10 minutes.
  6. While the brownies are cooling, melt white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, I used a Pyrex glass measuring cup. Place in microwave for about 20 to 30 second increments until completely melted. With a fork or spoon, drizzle over entire pan of brownies. Let set up, then cut into 12 brownies.

Enjoy The Strawberry Deliciousness!
