I love just about every single Starbucks beverage, hot and cold. This Copycat Starbucks Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino I’m sharing with you today is one of their newer frappes.
Both my daughter and I had one and we both finished it to the last sip.
We really enjoyed the icy caramel coffee frappe with a nice crunch on top.
I recently posted another caramel frappe, but this one is different—just by a few ingredients.
This recipe will take you only a few minutes to prepare. Under five minutes from start to finish, to be exact.
Now you can enjoy one of Starbucks’ newest frappes right at home, with the bonus of not having to run out for it.
It’s also a fraction of what it would cost you to buy one.
Enjoy every last sip like my daughter and I did—and still do.

Yields: 1 large/grande
What Ingredients Go Into Making This Delicious Frappuccino?
Here are the ingredients:
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee, regular or decaf, add more if you like a stronger coffee flavor
- 1 cup milk of choice, dairy or non dairy both work
- 1 cup ice, make sure ice is fresh, this makes a difference (you can freeze coffee in ice cubes trays for a stronger taste of coffee)
- 3 tbsp caramel, I used store bought, regular or sugar free both work
- 1 tbsp plus 1/2 tsp dry instant vanilla or butterscotch pudding, regular or sugar free
- 2 tbsp whipped cream, I used aerosol
- 2 tbsp Health Toffee Bits, found with the chocolate chips in markets
Whirl into deliciousness
How Is A Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino Made?
Here are the simple and easy directions:
- Pour ice, coffee and milk into blender, I used this high speed blender and I love it. Whirl just until the ice breaks up.
- Add in caramel sauce and dry pudding mix. Whirl again until creamy. If needed add more coffee or milk. You may have to stop and scrape down sides.
- When thick and creamy, add in 2 tablespoon of the toffee bits and whirl again to break the bits up a little.
- Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream a drizzle of caramel and the last tablespoon of toffee bits. That’s it! You have a homemade frappe you made right at home!!
Enjoy the caramel deliciousness!
