Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee, regular or decaf, add more if you like a stronger coffee flavor
  • 1 cup milk of choice, non dairy or dairy
  • 1 cup ice, make sure ice is fresh, this makes a difference (you can freeze coffee in ice cubes trays for a stronger taste of coffee)
  • 3 tbsp caramel, I used store bought, regular or sugar free both work
  • 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp dry instant vanilla or butterscotch pudding, regular or sugar free
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream, I used aerosol
  • 2 tbsp Health Toffee Bits, found with the chocolate chips in markets

Instructions

  1. 1.Pour ice, coffee and milk into blender, whirl just until the ice breaks up.

2.Add in caramel sauce and dry pudding mix. Whirl again until creamy. If needed add more coffee or milk. You may have to stop and scrape down sides.

3.When thick and creamy, add in 2 tablespoon of the toffee bits and whirl again to break the bits up a little.

4.Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream a drizzle of caramel and the last tablespoon of toffee bits. That’s it! You have a homemade frappe you made right at home!!
