White Chocolate Stuffed Raspberries

A beautiful looking dessert that has only 3 ingredients. Looks so pretty on a dessert table and tastes simply divine. Make some chocolate stuffed raspberries and enjoy!

This is the easiest and most delicious raspberry dessert or snack you can put together in just a few minutes. It only has three ingredients or two, depending on if you decide to use two chocolates.  You can even make this elegant looking snack as part of your dessert for company. This is my go to recipe. Make as many as you like. I made the amount that was in the container I bought minus 3 since I popped those in my mouth while making these gems. Nothing like fresh raspberries, especially with white chocolate! These gems always look beautiful.

Here are the three ingredients to make some luscious white chocolate stuffed raspberries…

Ingredients:

  • 22 fresh raspberries, gently rinsed and dried with paper towels
  • 22 white chocolate chips, I used Lily’s stevia sweetened, any good quality white chocolate chips will work
  • 1/4 cup cup melted white chocolate, I used Lily’s white chocolate bar, found at many grocery stores as well as Target, Walmart, and pharmacies

Here’s how to make these yummy treats…

Directions:

  1. Gently place a white chocolate chip into each raspberry.
  2. Place in fridge while melting chocolate. Break up the chocolate bar and measure out 1/4 cup.  Melt the chocolate in microwave for 20 second intervals. Take out, stir, put back in microwave for another 20 seconds. Stir again until smooth and shiny. If you need another few seconds. Put back in.
  3. Place in a small Ziploc bag, squeeze to the bottom then cut a tiny opening at the end and drizzle away over each raspberry. Or, you can drizzle with a fork over each raspberry. That’s it!

Enjoy the deliciousness!
