No Bake Light As Air Strawberry Pie

I Love no-bake desserts and this one is no exception. You will love how easy and especially how luscious this no bake light as air strawberry pie is. Make one soon and enjoy!

I think we all remember a pie from childhood similar to this one.

It’s definitely a retro pie.

My mom Ruthie served this when here bridge friends would come over. She always made two pies and saved me a piece in the fridge.

How special it was the next morning when I found a luscious piece waiting for me.

Years later when I lived in Atlanta, I was a caterer. This was served at most bridal and baby showers.

It was requested very often from word of mouth.

Everyone loves this pie, it’s so light and totally luscious.

Just a recipe note, you can use any flavor Jell-O to change things around. Orange, lemon, peach. They all work.
