Easiest Chocolate Fudge Recipe

This Easiest Chocolate Fudge Recipe is just that and more! One pot, a few pantry ingredients and you have a no fail fudge that turns out beyond delicious.

This fudge comes out with a chewy, gooey texture and it’s actually not too sweet tasting.

Also, I used less butter than a traditional fudge recipe would call for.

I played with this recipe many times until the texture and taste were the best. Turned out just perfect to me and my family who are my toughest critics.

This recipe is very versatile. You can make milk chocolate fudge or dark chocolate fudge. Or, mix the two for a different twist.

When I created this recipe in 2013, I made it with both milk and dark chocolate because my husband and daughter like dark chocolate and my son likes milk chocolate. I like both.

Sometimes, I will add in some peanut butter chips, maybe a swirl of peanut butter on top. Walnuts are a nice addition if you want a little salty bite to your fudge. You can always add some nuts or chips to one side of the pan so, you can have both to serve in one batch.

It’s so easy to throw together for any occasion or no occasion. With only a few ingredients, you have the richest, most decadent fudge.

I call the marshmallows my secret ingredient. Only a half of cup is all you need. It’s just a great ingredient for this recipe.

Savor every bite!

  4. Pour into the prepared pan and smooth out. Let cool on wire rack until completely cooled down. Then place in fridge for at least 2 to 3 hours.

  1. Gaylon Buck says:

I might add a teaspoon of Vanilla. But it looks great.

  2. Can this be made without the marshmellows? I dont like them in fudge!
