Keeping Ice Cream Fresher and From Getting Rock Hard
I saw this trick awhile back in a magazine and now I use it at home. It’s so simple and easy. To keep ice cream from getting rock hard and to make it easier to scoop out, simply put the container into a freezer bag. That’s it. Also, don’t keep for more than a week or two in the freezer. When you take it out, let sit on the counter for just a few minute. I don’t suggest putting into the microwave to soften up. It melts unevenly and makes a sloppy mess. Just wait a few minutes, scoop and enjoy!
