Peanut Butter Banana Nice Cream

This Nice Cream is creamy and luscious. Once you try this you may have found your favorite frozen treat. Enjoy!

Have you heard of “Nice Cream”? If not, it’s been around for awhile but has gotten very popular in the last few years. Basically it’s frozen fruit that’s been pureed in a blender or food processor. We love banana nice cream around my home. If you have been on here before you will see we have a high protein nice cream that’s chocolaty deliciousness.  http://pamsdailydish.com/chocolate-protein-nice-cream/   We eat that for breakfast some mornings. Check it out! If you like the combo of peanut butter and bananas you’ll really like this simple recipe. It’s hard to tell that it’s made with no dairy or eggs. It’s that good!

 Peanut Butter Banana Nice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 Medium banana, sliced and frozen a few hours
  • 1/4 cup light plain or vanilla almond milk, any non dairy milk will work
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp chocolate sprinkles, optional

Directions:

  1. Freeze bananas at least for a few hours until nice and firm. You can put them in a freezer bag but try and lay them out flat.
  2. Once banana slices are frozen, place them into a food processor or mini chopper and start pulsing. You can now add the almond milk and peanut butter.
  3. Keep pulsing until it starts looking like ice cream.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  5. Spoon out into your favorite dessert dish, top with sprinkles and ENJOY!!

Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe banana sliced then frozen
  • 1/4 cup cold non dairy milk such as almond milk
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chip
  • 1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter, unsweetened
  • 1/2 tsp sprinkles

Instructions

  1. 1.Freeze bananas at least for a few hours until nice and firm. You can put them in a freezer bag but try and lay them out flat.
