Have you heard of “Nice Cream”? If not, it’s been around for awhile but has gotten very popular in the last few years. Basically it’s frozen fruit that’s been pureed in a blender or food processor. We love banana nice cream around my home. If you have been on here before you will see we have a high protein nice cream that’s chocolaty deliciousness.  http://pamsdailydish.com/chocolate-protein-nice-cream/   We eat that for breakfast some mornings. Check it out! If you like the combo of peanut butter and bananas you’ll really like this simple recipe. It’s hard to tell that it’s made with no dairy or eggs. It’s that good!

  • 1/4 cup light plain or vanilla almond milk, any non dairy milk will work
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
