Strawberry Funnel Cake Frappuccino Copycat
This strawberry funnel cake Frappuccino copycat delivers all the rich, sweet flavor and caffeine of the classic Starbucks drink without the exorbitant price! It’s also easy to make, which is a huge bonus.
Starbucks copycat recipes are the bee’s knees, if you ask me. I’m a huge fan of almost everything available at Starbucks, but I’m not a huge fan of the prices. That’s why I love making my own versions at home. This delicious copycat is as good – if not better – than the classic. It’s also super easy, delicious, convenient, and so affordable.
Just a note: If you were to go into a Starbucks today and ask for this Frappuccino, it would not be on their menu. That’s because Starbucks retires many of their drink items after a while. Sometimes after the first season. But, one of the Baristas may be able to make one from their “secret menu” The Starbucks secret menu isn’t an official menu but, it refers to the way you and your Barista can recreate some older favorites by starting with one of the most popular and basic drinks. Then by adding Starbucks ingredients like the syrups, toppings, and flavored whipped creams. If you’re going to make my easy version, you won’t have to do this! But, you can always bring this recipe along when you stop in Starbucks and tell them what’s on here in case they don’t remember what goes in a Strawberry Funnel Cake Frappuccino. I hope you’ll make my recipe though, it’s so good!

How to Make Strawberry Funnel Cake Frappuccino
1: Pour all the ingredients except the jam, whipped cream, and crumble topping ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and creamy.
2: Microwave the jam a little to thin it out and pour it into the bottom of a glass.
3: Add a dollop of whipped cream on top of the jam and pour in the blended frappuccino ingredients.
4: Top with whipped cream, more strawberry jam, and the crumbled topping mixture. Enjoy!
Hint
You only need to microwave the jam for a few seconds to thin it out. Don’t overdo it and scorch it.
Storage
I don’t recommend storing this frappuccino, as the toppings will slowly mix into the rest of the drink. This recipe only makes one drink, however, so storage shouldn’t be an issue.
What to Serve with Funnel Cake Frappuccino
Chocolate biscotti or cookies like these chocolate chip espresso cookies or Kentucky butter cake cookies are a nice pairing with this frappuccino for a sweet snack.
Tips
- Keep all your cold ingredients in the refrigerator until ready to make the frappuccino so it’s as cold and refreshing as possible.
- Blend your ingredients until your frappuccino is thoroughly combined, rich, and smooth.
- Don’t try to save this if you can’t finish it. The flavor is never the same after it’s stored, and you’ll just throw it out anyway.
