Here’s an easy, simple recipe for a luscious no bake peanut butter chocolate chip pie. Love that you don’t have to turn on the oven to make it. Anyone who likes peanut butter will love this pie. Enjoy!
I have been making this pie for over 20 years.
While living in Atlanta, I was a caterer.
Almost every event or party, this pie was requested.
One time I made 4 of these for a going away party at a dental office.
Instead of a cake, I suggested this pie.
They told me that the person leaving loved peanut butter and also loved ice cream.
This fit the bill and turned out to be a huge hit with the entire office.
After that party, I got so many orders for more of these luscious no bake peanut butter chocolate chip pies for holidays and even Sunday BBQ s.
Only a handful of regular, everyday ingredients makes a great pie that’s sure to be a hit!
