Whipped Chocolate Pudding Mini Pies

 A perfectly single serve whipped chocolate pudding mini pies that’s so decadent tasting and is an easy-peasy recipe to whip up in no time at all. 

These little chocolate pies are just the right size for a sweet treat that’s sure to put a smile on anyone’s face that you serve them too. 

By adding the whipped topping, you create a much lighter and fluffier pudding, almost like chocolate mousse.

With only a few ingredients, you have a beautiful and delectable dessert that’s totally guilt free yet tastes so chocolaty and divine. 

Easy enough for a weeknight dessert yet fancy enough for company.

Whipped Chocolate Pudding Mini Pies

Yields: 6 mini pies

What you’ll need to make these whipped chocolate pudding mini pies…

 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 small box  instant chocolate pudding, I used chocolate fudge that was sugar free
  • 1 1/2 cups skim or 1 % milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, optional
  • 1  1/2 cups thawed whipped topping such as Cool Whip or Truwhip
  • 6-8 mini graham cracker cups, found with the larger graham cracker crusts
  • sprinkles
  • 1 heaping tbsp aerosol whip cream or more whipped topping for each pie

 

 

 

 

How to make these whipped pudding chocolate mini pies…

 

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add pudding mix along with cold milk. Whisk for about two minutes or until you see the pudding starting to thicken.
  2. Take about 3/4 cup of whipped topping and whisk in pudding. Then, fold in the rest. If there are streaks of white that’s fine.
  3. Gently pour into little shell. Place on a lined cookie sheet and put in fridge until set, about 2 hours.
  4. When ready to serve, top with whipped cream and toss some sprinkles. Now, dig in!
