Frozen Funfetti Pudding Bites
These frozen funfetti pudding bites have three simple ingredients and are a cool, sweet treat the whole family will enjoy. Five minutes to prepare, two hours to freeze and you are ready to bite into one of these little gems.
If you have been on my blog before you know there are a bunch of frozen recipes and a lot of them are made with Cool Whip.
What can I say? I love the stuff.
There are always a few tubs in the freezer and one opened in the fridge.
We all love Cool Whip on little pudding and jello cups and of course ice cream.
Sprinkles are also something we always have in the house. I guess there is something about adding sprinkles to a sweet treat that makes it special on top of being yummy.
Especially funfetti sprinkles. They can put a smile on a face right away.
Like I said before, there are a bunch of frozen dessert already on the blog and this is the newest one.
The other day while thinking up some new recipes, I wanted to come up with a sweet snack or dessert recipe that was also WW friendly with a low calorie count and also low in fat and carbs.
I found the individual pudding cups are sugar free and low in calories as well.
Also, they taste creamy and delicious and work well in unbaked dessert recipes.
A great benefit of using Cool Whip or any frozen whipped topping for that matter, there are a many varieties to choose from, lite, sugar free, fat free, you get the point.
For this recipe I chose sugar free. You can use the original or any of the other varieties and the nutritional content won’t be off by that much.
These little frozen bites came out so delicious and the whole family really enjoyed them after dinner.
Each of us had two each and later on my son and hubby had another one each.
By the morning the last two were gone, I have a feeling my son ate them early in the morning.
Check out the simple recipe and I mean simple.
The full nutritional content is posted below along with WW Points.
I’ll also post a few more yummy frozen dessert recipes. Have fun making these with the kiddos and enjoy!

Directions:
- Line a mini muffin pan with mini paper baking cup liners ,These are the ones I used in the photo.
- In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the two cups of vanilla pudding along with the Cool Whip. Mix gently. It’s okay to see some streaks.
- Toss in 2 teaspoons of the sprinkles. Gently mix again.
- With a medium or small cookie scoop . Scoop out mixture into each paper liner. If you have extra, you can pile more on top of a few or just make a few more.
- Evenly toss the last two teaspoons of sprinkles over each filled cup. Freeze for about 2 hours. If needed freeze another hour if not completely frozen.
- Take out, you can let sit on the counter for about a minute or two if they are very hard or just peel off paper and take a bite.
