This recipe for Peanut Butter Phyllo Cups are basically two ingredients. Plus the sprinkles if you like.
Ingredients:
- 2 Reese’s mini peanut butter cups or, 4 unwrapped mini white chocolate peanut butter cups
- 2 Athens phyllo shells, or any brand
- assortment of sprinkles, nonpareils, sanding sugars, edible glitter, all of these are optional. (The highlighted sugar and edible glitter were found on Amazon but, may be found at craft stores too.)

Cutting up the Snickers and unwrapping the milk chocolate peanut butters cups, ready to pop in the empty shells

Top shells are filled with cut up fun size Snickers, middle mini Reese’s peanut butter cups, bottom white chocolate minis Reese’s peanut butter cups

How are these yummy looking treats made?
Directions:
- Cover a rimmed cookie sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lay the phyllo shells on the lined baking sheet and place one mini peanut butter cup in an empty shell or two white chocolate peanut butter cups in an empty shell. For the Snickers, cut one mini bar in four pieces and place two pieces in each empty shell.
- Place baking pan in the oven and bake for about 3 minutes or until the tops are melted. Try not to let the chocolate too hot or it may scorch.
- That’s all there is to it!
- Optional: sprinkle cups with your favorite decorative sprinkles. Please note, these taste best when eaten soon after you take them out of the oven because once they cool completely the shells are not as crispy.
