Ingredients
- 1 cup 100% grape juice
- 1/2 cup cold water or milk of choice, I used almond milk
- 1 cup ice cubes, more if you want smoothie thicker
- 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries – the only ingredient on the package should be blueberries
- 1 small banana or 1/2 medium banana
- 1 tbsp honey or agave, optional
- 1-2 drops stevia or 1 packet, optional
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 heaping tbsp plain or vanilla yogurt, for vegan use coconut or soy yogurt or leave out
Instructions

1. In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
2. Add cold water or milk if needed.
3. Whirl until smooth and creamy.
