What’ you’ll need to make tgis best blueberry grape smoothie…

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup 100 percent grape juice, no sugar added, add more or less for color and taste of choice
  • 1/2 cup cold water, or milk of choice, I like almond or oat milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes, more if you like a thicker smoothie (make sure the ice cubes are fresh)
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries, the only ingredient on the bag should say blueberries, add more or less for color and taste of choice
  • 1 small banana or 1/2 medium banana, you can use a frozen banana too
  • optional, 1 tablespoon honey, agave, or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 heaping tablespoons plain or vanilla yogurt, regular or Greek. You can also use a non dairy yogurt

There’s only one simple step…

Directions:

  1. Add ingredients into the blender ,(This is the blender in the photos and the only one I use and love) whirl until smooth and creamy. Add more milk, juice, or cold water if needed.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 100% grape juice more or less for taste and color of choice
  • 1/2 cup cold water or milk of choice, I used almond milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes, more if you want smoothie thicker
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries – the only ingredient on the package should be blueberries more or less for taste and color of choice
  • 1 small banana or 1/2 medium banana
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave, optional
  • 1-2 drops stevia or 1 packet, optional
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 heaping tbsp plain or vanilla yogurt, for vegan use coconut or soy yogurt or leave out

Instructions

  1. 1. In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth. 

    2. Add cold water or milk if needed. 

    3. Whirl until smooth and creamy.
