That’s right, only two simple ingredients to make these cookies. Bake some up and enjoy every yummy bite!
Sometimes we want a fresh baked cookie and we are just not in the mood to take out all the ingredients and mix them up. That’s how I felt the other day. My son Josh and I wanted a homemade cookie but, didn’t want to start a whole recipe. Well, prepacked cookie dough to the rescue! I always have a package of cookie dough in the fridge, the ones that are already cut into cookie rounds. We had a bag of mini Rolo candies that we got at the movies and didn’t finish them. My son had the idea to combine the two. Oh yea! These are soooo good! Little cookie gems. Bake as many or as little as you like. That’s another good thing about prepackaged cookies. Wrap them up put back in the fridge or freeze for another time.
