This delicious and yummy treat was one I always had waiting for my daughter when she came home from college and law school.
She’s now a married women and she still loves these bars.
Now, she makes them for her hubby too.
My son loves these too and I’ll continue to make them for him even though he likes making his own recipes, he likes when I make these for him.

It’s such an easy and fun recipe to follow, add your own touch. Maybe swap out the semisweet chocolate chips for milk chocolate or, white chocolate. Anything goes with this simple recipe. Great to bring along for picnics, potluck dinners, you name it!
No Bake Golden Graham S’mores Bars
Yields: 12 bars
Here’s the six ingredients to make a batch of no bake golden graham s’mores bars…
Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 1 (10 oz.) bag mini marshmallows
- 1 (12 oz.) box Golden Grahams Cereal
- 3/4 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows for topping
- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips melted with 1 teaspoon solid coconut oil (Do this either over a double boiler or in the microwave for 20 second intervals)
You’re six steps away to gooey deliciousness…
Directions:
- Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
- In a large pot over low to medium heat, melt butter with mini marshmallows.
Don’t allow to burn. Stir frequently and melt gently until smooth. - Take the pot off of heat. Stir in cereal. You can crunch up some if you want to. Stir until mixture is totally combined.
- Transfer mixture to another bowl (this will help it cool faster) Wait just a few minutes before stirring in chocolate chips. They will melt if the mixture is too warm.
- Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread out evenly. Sprinkle remaining marshmallows and gently press down. Drizzle melted chocolate over the bars and let cool completely.
- Do not put into fridge. Let cool at room temperature. Store in an air tight container up to 2 days on the counter.
