Yields: Between 18 and 24 cookies depending how small or large your scoops are..
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer until combined.
- Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
