Vanilla Halloween Cupcakes with Fluffy Purple Frosting

These Vanilla Halloween Cupcakes with Fluffy Purple Frosting are a fun and yummy treat to make with the kiddos. Love the shade of purple frosting we created.

Halloween is such a fun holiday for the whole family.

My kids and I love decorating the house and especially the outside.

My son Josh goes crazy with the scary decorations.

When he was younger, he asked me if we could make scary looking cupcakes. Of course I said yes.

It’s now a Halloween tradition for the two of us to do.

We both look forward to making these cupcakes sometime around Halloween so we can give them out to our family when they stop by or when my son has some friends over to visit.

It’s so easy using a boxed mix and frosting. Just add your favorite food coloring along with funny and spooky decorations.

You can find so many Halloween colored sprinkles in most markets and craft stores as well as Amazon.

My daughter was shopping at Target and Walmart and found some pretty purple sprinkles that I used in these cupcakes. She knew I was going to start my Halloween baking soon and brought me those as a gift.

I will highlight a few in the ingredients so you see the ones I get each year.

Bake some some of these fun cupcakes soon with the special kids in your life. You are sure to have fun like we did.
