Garlic Herb Parmesan Butter – This simple recipe makes the most delicious butter spread that’s delicious on just about anything savory. Everyone loves it!

You know that delicious butter or spread they serve in many restaurants? The one that sits on your baked potato or is served with crusty bread and rolls. You can now make this easily at home and it keeps for days in the fridge so you can enjoy with many different foods. In some of the photos below, you will see I spread it on a long French bread. Then baked it at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes or until you see the butter melted and the bread is crispy looking. You can bake it open or close like a sandwich. When finished. Slice up and serve.This butter spread is just delicious on fresh bread as well. No need to heat or have the bread baked. It’s great on baked potatoes and all vegetables. We love it on string beans and asparagus. Give it a try. You probably have what you need already in your fridge. Leave out or put more herbs in. Anyway is the right way and will tastes delectable!

Garlic Herb Parmesan Butter

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup softened unsalted butter
  • 1 – 1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 1 – 1 1/2 tbsp minced fresh basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp sea or kosher salt, taste when finished if more salt is needed
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
Here’s all the ingredients for this amazing butter.
Ready to bake up some garlic herb parmesan bread, yum!

Directions:

  1. In a mini chopper/mini food processor or full size food processor (These are the two I use and have had them for awhile now. I think both are reasonably priced and work great!), add garlic and herbs and process until combined.
  2. Add in butter, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Pulse and process until all is combined and texture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a mason jar or any glass jar with a lid. You can use right away. For leftovers, seal jar and keeps in fridge up to 3 days.
