5 Ingredient Strawberry Tart

Thanks to my dearest friend Regina for sharing her friends recipe with me. Now, I can share with all of you! This 5 ingredient strawberry tart is so simple to make with only 5 easy steps. Tastes divine and you can see how beautiful the tart comes out.

As I mentioned above, this recipe came from my dear friend Regina.

She happens to be an amazing cook and baker.

You can see more of her recipes by going to the search bar top right and just put in Regina.

I’m so lucky she gave me a bunch of her delicious recipes for me to share on the blog.

I have gotten so many comments telling me how much they loved Regina’s recipes.

For example, this recipe is a huge hit for Chinese 5 Spice Roast Chicken

Another one of her fabulous dessert recipes has been all the rage, Classic Rainbow Cookies

A Note From Regina…

Regina says.. My lovely friend Nancy shared this recipe with me a very long time ago. She simply rolls out the dough like a pizza but since I happen to have a tart pan with a removable bottom I used that. I often bring it to family BBQs and I am requested to make two since everyone loves it so much. It is a great versatile dessert that can support any fruit. I often use just strawberries though.

I personally have made this tart many times. Also, I usually use just strawberries but, one time the addition of fresh peaches was a nice burst of freshness and taste.

Any fruit you choose, this tart is going to be a hit with family and friends for sure.

Bake an easy-peasy 5 ingredient strawberry tart soon. Enjoy every bite of deliciousness!

  2. Whip cream cheese with sugar using a hand held mixer or stand mixer (These are my two favorites and use them all the time!) Adjust the sugar as desired.
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the cookie base.
