You can easily make a creamy and warming Dunkin Donuts Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate at home and save time running out for one while saving the big bucks too.

What’s better than hot chocolate to warm up on a cold day?

I can’t think of anything better at this moment.

Especially when it’s Dunkin’ Donuts delicious Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate.

There’s something about chocolate with a hint of sea salt and same goes for caramel with a hint of sea salt. So, having both chocolate and caramel along with the sea salt, you have a winning salted caramel hot chocolate.

Why Use Sea Salt Instead Of Table Salt?

The main differences between sea salt and table salt are in their taste, texture of the salt, and processing. Sea Salt comes from ocean water or salt water lakes and is minimally processed while table salt is mined from underground salt deposits and more heavily processed. Now you can easily make this creamy, chocolatey delight right at home and it can be made right in the microwave.

That’s right, you don’t even need to put on the stove. Just grab a microwave safe mug, make it a big one. You want to save room for the whipped cream of course. Another difference is the processing of the salt. Sea salt is minimally

You’ll love how simple the recipe is with only a handful of ingredients. You may already have on hand in your pantry.

Go ahead, make one of these wonderful hot chocolate drinks, sit down, relax and warm up while you sip away.
