How to Make Chocolate Peanut Butter Baked Oats

Making this delicious and healthy dessert for breakfast is quick and easy. You’ll be in and out of the kitchen in just about 30 minutes!

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, spray a ramekin with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. Blend all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a mini chopper, food processor, or high-speed blender.
  3. Blend until almost smooth but with a little texture from the oats.
  4. Pour half the batter into the prepared ramekin. Then, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips over it, along with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. Then, pour in the remaining batter and top with the remaining chocolate chips.

Storage

Reheat: Microwave leftovers at 30-second intervals until heated through.

What to Serve with Chocolate Peanut Butter Baked Oats

This is a full meal in a dish on its own. However, you can pair it with other savory breakfast favorites to make an even heartier meal.

Pro Tips

  • It’s important to blend the ingredients in a chopper, food processor, or high-speed blender to achieve the right texture.
  • It’s okay for the middle of these baked oats to be gooey. They’re supposed to be that way, thanks to the peanut butter and chocolate chips.
  • Be sure you spray the ramekin with an even coating of non-stick spray but not so much that it pools at the bottom.
