3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cup Fudge

This is the most delicious fudge, if you are a peanut butter cup fan, you are going to adore this simple to make 3 ingredient peanut butter cup fudge. It’s sure to become a favorite fudge with family and friends.

The first time I had this fudge it was at a friends house. She had put out all these delicious desserts and a plate of these peanut butter and chocolate gems. I call them gems because after just one bite, you will too. That’s how delectable they are.

I happen to be a huge peanut butter cup fan. Isn’t everyone? LOL!

Just the combo of peanut butter and chocolate is a winner and in my opinion.

So how much more decadent would be peanut butter cup fudge? Amazingly decadent!

When she told me the whole recipe was just 3 ingredients, I knew this was one recipe that would sure be made over and over again. And, it has.

My family loves this fudge so much that I do make it really often.

Now, when we have friends and family over for any occasion, this is the first and easiest dessert that’s made.

Great for potluck dinners, it will be the first dessert eaten when put out. Always is. Game days and any holiday it’s always on the dessert table.

Everyone who has had this fudge really loves it and has asked me for the recipe.

My son Josh loves helping and has taken over this recipe. He also is a huge peanut butter cup fan.

We like packing these up for holiday edible gifts. Neighbors love it. Just a note, the recipe calls for milk chocolate chips, if you want to substitute semisweet chips go ahead. We just love it with milk chocolate chips. Anyway it’s going to be scrumptious.

3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cup Fudge

Yields: about 12 to 15 pieces, this depends on how small or large you cut each piece…

What you’ll need to make these delicious 3 ingredient peanut butter fudge recipe

Ingredients:

  • 11.5 to 12 ounces milk chocolate chips
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 45 mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

Directions:

  1. Line a 11 x 7 baking pan ( just bought two of these, they come with lids, love them) with parchment paper. Let some of the paper hang over two sides for easy lifting when fudge is ready. You can spray a light coating of cooking spray if you want or just use the parchment paper.  Layer the bottom of the pan with 25 mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
  2.  In a microwave safe bowl, mix together the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on high in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Pour the luscious melted mixture on top of the mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups in the pan. Use a rubber spatula to gently spread evenly over the mini pb cups.
  4. Take the remaining pb cups and cut or crunch them up over the chocolate mixture.
  5. Let sit on the counter until the fudge cools off. Then, cover with lid from baking dish or plastic wrap. Set in fridge for about 4 hours to set up. Take out with the two pieces of parchment paper and peal off. Cut into pieces. That’s it!

Enjoy the peanut butter chocolate deliciousness!
