3 Ingredient Nutty Rolo Pretzel Snaps

You can have the best of sweet chocolate, caramel, and salty with these 3 Ingredient Nutty Rolo Pretzel Snaps. They are a “snap” to make and tastes beyond yummy. Make some soon, you’ll know what I’m talking about after you pop one of these gems into your mouth. Enjoy every chocolate, caramel, salty, bite!

These candies have been a staple around my house for years.

Ever since I discovered these square pretzels, I’ve been making so many different varieties of pretzel snaps.

However, this was my first that has an added nut on the top. They come out so good with just one nut on top to round out the other flavors.

My son Josh loves them and my daughter Tori’s favorite candy is a Rolo.

So, what better way to make one snack they both will love. To round it all out, I added a pecan half or a walnut half on top.

Voila! You have Nutty Rolo Pretzel Snaps!

With only three ingredients, it’s an easy recipe to put together for company and great for gift giving.

I love to bring these when invited to a friend’s house as an edible gift, usually I put them in a mug or mason jar with a bow around the top.

Everyone loves the sweet and salty combination.

Here is the easy-peasy way to make these delicious pretzel snaps

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line a baking sheet with either nonstick aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  2. Place the pretzels on the baking sheet and then place one mini Rolo on top of each pretzel.
  3. Bake for about 1 minute up to 3 minutes. You don’t want to melt the Rolo, you just want to make it softened.
  4. Take out of the oven and place a nut half over each Rolo and gently press down.
  5. Place back in the oven for about 1 minute
  6. Take out of the oven, let cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes. Place in fridge for about 5 to 10 minutes max. Take out and let sit at room temperature.
  7. Store these in an airtight container.
