With only 3 ingredients, you have the best of sweet chocolate and salty. These Rolo snaps are a “snap” to make and taste beyond yummy. Make some soon, you’ll know what I’m talking about after you pop one of these gems in your mouth. Enjoy every salty, sweet bite!

These candies have been a staple around my house for years. Ever since I discovered pretzel snaps. My son Josh loves them and my daughter Tori’s favorite candy is a Rolo. What better way to make one snack they both will love. To round it all out, I added a pecan half or a walnut half on top. Voila! You have Chocolate Rolo Pretzel Snaps! With only three ingredients, it’s an easy recipe to put together for company and great for gift giving. I love to bring these when invited to a friend’s house. Everyone loves the sweet and salty.

3 Ingredient Nutty Rolo Pretzel Snaps

Yields: 20 snaps

Calories per snap: approximately 44

Ingredients:

  • 20 Rolo candies, regular size or mini
  • 20 Snap pretzels
  • 20 half pecans and walnuts

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line a baking sheet with either nonstick aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  2. Place the pretzels on the baking sheet and then place on mini Rolo on top of each pretzel.
  3. Bake for about 1 minute up to 3 minutes. You don’t want to melt the Rolo, you just want to make it softened.
  4. Take out of the oven and place a nut half over each Rolo and gently press down.
  5. Place back in the oven for about 1 minute
  6. Take out of the oven, let cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes. Place in fridge for about 5 to 10 minutes max. Take out and let sit at room temperature.
  7. Store these in an airtight container.

These make great edible gifts for teachers, neighbors, anyone special!
