 3 Ingredient Fireworks Pudding Cup

Look how festive this 3 ingredient fireworks pudding cup is. Fun to make and tastes creamy delicious. Enjoy!

This quick and simple recipe came to me when I was thinking of some recipes to serve up a few weekends ago.
My daughter was coming over for the weekend and I wanted to serve a cool dessert that will be simple enough to throw together at the last minute.

My son and I made these together after he got to taste one for himself. He loved it.

So I decided to make one each for the four of us.

I knew this had to go on my blog so the only thing was to think up a name for this fun and simple dessert.

We couldn’t come up with something right away but one thing we both agreed on was that it reminded us of fireworks.

It also only took three simple ingredients to make. So, “3 Ingredient Fireworks Pudding Cups” it is.

This fun to make recipe takes only a few short minutes to put together.

You can make it the night before and it will still look and taste great.

So easily doubled, tripled, you get it.

Everyone will love this simple yet, fun and festive looking little dessert.

Change around the sprinkles for any occasion.

It’s a cute idea for parties or sports team colors.

A cool and luscious treat everyone will love, I’m sure of it, just like we all do around here. So, enjoy!!

What you’ll need to make a 3 ingredient fireworks pudding cup…

Ingredients:

  • 1 vanilla pudding cup, I used Jello sugar free refrigerated ready to eat
  • 2 tbsp Cool Whip, I used light
  • 1 1/2 tsp sprinkles, I used these red white and blue sprinkles for this recipes
  • 1 tsp Cool Whip for topping
  • mini marshmallows, optional for topping

Grab those sprinkles!

Directions:

  1. Empty a pudding cup into a small or medium bowl and add the Cool Whip. Gently mix together.
  2. Spoon into a dessert dish
  3. Top with sprinkles. With a butter knife, start poking into the pudding so that the sprinkles move down the dish. You should start to see them on the sides. Do this until you have the look you want.
  4. Top with more Cool Whip or mini marshmallow and a little more sprinkles. That’s it!

Enjoy the creamy deliciousness!
