Mini Patriotic Pudding Pops

Everyone loves pudding pops. Now, you can make homemade mini patriotic pudding pops that taste just as yummy as the ones you get at the market.

For a cool and fudgy treat that only needs 4 ingredients, you must try this easy-peasy recipe for pudding pops.

You can make them any size. I just happen to have a new silicone candy mold on hand. (Found these on Amazon but  you can find them in craft stores too.)

You can also use mini muffin pans or even ice cube trays work great too.

Switch around the sprinkles for any occasion.

During the summer months, I make regular size pudding pops for the kids to grab for a cool snack.

Nothing better than a creamy and cool pudding pop on a hot summer day.

This recipe is very versatile.

Like I mentioned above, you can change around the sprinkles for any occasion or holiday and you can use any flavor of pudding you like.

My husband likes the butterscotch pudding so, I make regular size pops for him in that flavor.

My son like vanilla and my daughter likes chocolate.

When I make theses for myself, I use sugar free pudding. A great guilt free treat.

I have listed nutritional content with WW Points below for those of you following WW.

It’s easy to make a bunch of different flavors at one time since it’s such a simple and fast recipe to make.

I hope you make some of these creamy and delicious pudding pops and enjoy like we do.

What Ingredients Are Needed To Make Mini Patriotic Pudding Pops

Here Are The Four Ingredients:

  • 1 small box instant pudding mix, I used sugar free chocolate fudge
  • milk according to directions on package. I used half skim milk and half 1 percent
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract added into the milk
  • Sprinkles/Jimmies, about 4 tablespoons, I used these patriotic sprinkles

Supplies:

  • silicone candy molds, ice cube trays, mini cupcake pans or regular size Popsicle molds
  • small or medium lollipop sticks (both sprinkles and lollipop sticks both found at crafts stores or online. Blue link above)

How Are The Mini Pudding Pops Prepared

Here’s The Easy Three Step Directions:

  1. Prepare pudding as instructed on box. Add in vanilla while whisking.
  2. Toss sprinkles on the bottom of mold/cup
  3. Pour pudding into a Ziploc bag, close with the air squeezed and make a small cut at one corner. Pour into molds/cups. Toss more sprinkles on top.  Place in freezer for about 30- 45 minutes, take out and insert lollipop sticks. Continue to freeze for another 2 hours. That’s it! Easy-Peasy that’s for sure!
