- 2/3 cup natural creamy peanut butter, unsalted and unsweetened
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-4 tbsp oat flour or if you don’t have oat flour, use quick or instant oats, whirl in blender until flour texture

- 1/2 tsp kosher or sea salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips, I used Lily’s Chocolate Chips , found online or in most markets with other chocolate chips
Directions:
- Combine the raisins, peanut butter, salt and vanilla in a food processor or high speed blender. Process until well combined.. Add the oat flour or oats, start with 1 tablespoon and process until combined. Should be like a cookie dough consistency that you can roll into balls.
- Scoop dough using a tablespoon, roll into balls, and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place chocolate chips into a small to medium microwave safe bowl. Heat for 20 second increments. Stir after each heating until smooth and shiny.
- Dip the balls into the chocolate using a wooded skewer or fork, then place back on the parchment. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
