Keeping Your Cutting Board Stable and From Slipping and Sliding while Cutting Fruits and Vegetables

Keeping a Cutting Board From Sliding While Cutting Fruits and Vegetables

This has happened too many times. You are in the middle of cutting up fruits, veggies and even chocolate and nuts. You put too much pressure on the cutting board and, oh no! It goes sliding right off the counter top. Sheesh!

Try this easy trick that’s worked for me. Simply wet a thin dish towel, cloth diaper or thin dish rag that’s larger than your cutting board. Wring to get most of the moister out. lay it flat on the counter, then place your cutting board on top. It should stay put and not move. Cut away but, still be very careful!
