Here's a healthy way to enjoy cookie dough. No eggs or raw flour to worry about. Just wholesome ingredients that turn into a most decadent chocolate chip cookie dough that's made with cottage cheese.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cottage cheese, 2 % or 4 % works best. I used Good Culture
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder, whey/casein blend works the best
- 1 cup if you make your own oat flour, start with 1 1/2 cups oats and blend in the blender or food processor until oats become flour, measure out 1 cup oat flour
- 1/8-1/4 tsp teaspoon fine salt, I used sea salt
- 1/4 cup real maple syrup, honey or any sticky sweetener will work also
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/3-1/2 cup regular or mini chocolate chips
- 1-2 tsp cold water if needed for texture and to help combine
- 1-2 tbsp dry sweetener like coconut sugar if you want sweeter. This is optional
Instructions

1.In a food process, mini food processor, or mini food chopper, combine the cottage cheese, salt, with the vanilla extract and maple syrup. Mix until the cottage cheese is completely combined and is creamy with no lumps.
2. Add in the flours and protein powder. Mix until all combined. Add water if needed to form a cookie dough. Stir or mix in chocolate chips until incorporated into the dough.
3. Roll into balls or leave as a spoonable cookie dough. Set in fridge for half to one full hour. Enjoy! Store in fridge up to 3 days. Enjoy!
