Everyone in the house will love these Oreo Cheesecake Bites. Perfect for a quick dessert that is a handheld treat.
Ingredients
- 15 Oreo cookies
- 2 cream cheese packages 8 ounces each, room temperature
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup chopped Oreos you'll save some of these for the topping
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add cupcake liners to two cupcake/muffin pans.

Add one whole Oreo cookie into the bottom of each cupcake liner.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract together for 2-3 minutes until there are no lumps.

Add the chopped Oreos (minus the extra that you are saving for the topping) and mix.

Spoon the cheesecake batter into the cupcake liners. You'll add about 2 Tbsp of batter to each one.

Add a bit of the reserved crushed Oreos on top of each one.
