Red White and Blue Jello Parfait

3 ingredients and 2 steps to this fun, festive and luscious dessert. A perfect recipe to make with the kids. Enjoy!

If you are looking for a fast and easy-peasy dessert that you can whip up in just a few minutes, you found it right here. Perfect for a last minute dessert or snack. What is so great about using Jello, you can change around the colors and flavors for any or no occasion. A very versatile recipe for sure. Three ingredients and two simple steps is all it takes for a cool, refreshing dessert that happens to be really beautiful to look at.

There is something about Jello, it seems to put a smile on everyone’s face. My son Josh was the one who came up with this recipe. He wanted to make something patriotic and we had recently bought blue berry Jello at the market and since I always have strawberry or cherry Jello stashed in my pantry along with Cool Whip in the freezer and fridge, it was a great time to use the berry blue for the upcoming holiday. Look how beautiful it came out! Josh did a great job. This is a fun food project for the little kids to participate in. After you make the Jello and it’s cooled, they can start creating their won masterpiece that happens to tastes yummy.

Just a note about this recipe, the servings listed below are for one but, you can easily just keep going to the desired amount of  parfaits. Have the kids join in and have fun making these parfaits for all occasions or when you want something cool and refreshing.
