Crock Pot Onion Soup Mix Beef Stew

If you’re looking for an easy and hearty beef stew dish, you have come to the right place. This crock pot onion soup mix beef stew is so rich in flavor that everyone will love it. Make this soon and enjoy!

Every now and again, I come across a recipe that sounds so good and plan on making it but just put it to the side and forget about it.

Well, that’s exactly what happened with this recipe.

I saw a similar one on Pinterest and copied it, then forgot about it.

I was running out to the market and went to grab a notepad to make my list when this recipe was stuck in the middle of the pad.

Perfect timing!

Most of the ingredients I had in my pantry and fridge.

All that was needed to buy was the beef and a few other items. Grabbed them and ran home to throw in my crock pot.

However, I changed things just a bit by eliminating one extra packet of soup mix. I thought it would be enough and it was.

But, if you think you want the extra packet of soup mix, go ahead and add it in. To us it was just right.

You can also swap out the cream of celery soup for cream of mushroom. You decide.

No need to add a side veggie since this is filled with baby carrots and potatoes.

All I can say is, wow!

My family and I loved this beef stew and I’m sure it’s going to be a recipe I make over and over again.

You can imagine the aroma that filled my house. When the kids and hubby came home they couldn’t wait to eat.

Love that handy dandy crock pot to make a perfect meal for my family.

Make sure you get some good crusty bread to soak up any gravy. You’re not going to want to miss a drop.
