Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 1/2 cups chopped maraschino cherries, drained
  • 2 1/2 cups mini semisweet chocolate chips, like Ghirardelli
  • small pinch salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Butter or spray a rectangle baking dish. Then, line with parchment paper.

    2. In a medium size pot, melt the butter with the white chocolate chips and condensed milk over low to medium heat. Stir in the small pinch of salt. Stir until all is melted and smooth.

    3. Take the pan off the heat and stir once or twice. Now, add in 2 cups of the cherries and 2 cups of mini chocolate chips. Gently mix in until completely incorporated into the white chocolate mixture.

    4. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Smooth out and make sure it's level.

    5. Place in fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight. To speed up you can place in freezer for 2 hours.

    6. Cut into 24 pieces and enjoy the sweet deliciousness!

Store in a sealed container. I like to keep in the fridge up to 5 days. Can be left in a sealed container up to 3 days.
