Whipped Iced Chocolate Raspberry Coffee

This Whipped Iced Chocolate Raspberry Coffee is the perfect refreshing sweet treat when you are craving something delicious and fruity.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 cups cold coffee
  • 1 teaspoon Raspberry syrup
  • 2 teaspoons sugar one in each cup
  • 2 tablespoons Hershey's chocolate syrup and for drizzling on top to finish coffee's

Instructions

  1. Brew 2 cups of strong coffee, and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, place the heavy cream, and 1 Tablespoon of sugar, and mix on high speed, until the cream becomes thick, and forms stiff peaks.
  3. Smash the Raspberries, and fold them into the whipped cream.
  4. Place the whipped cream in the refrigerator.
  5. Place ice cubes, or crushed ice in the coffee mugs, and pour the coffee over the ice, and add a teaspoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of Raspberry syrup to each cup, and stir.
  6. Add 1 Tablespoon of Hershey's chocolate syrup to each cup, and stir.
  7. Place a heaping amount of the Raspberry whipped cream on top of each cup of coffee, and drizzle with more chocolate syrup.
  8. Serve, and Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Recipe may be doubled or tripled for additional cups of iced coffee.
