Simple Jalapeno Artichoke Dip

This easy-peasy Jalapeno Artichoke Dip is a snap to make with just the right amount of spice for a delicious, cold appetizer. Everyone will love it and you will too. Enjoy and dip away!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz jar chopped artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2-3 tbsp diced jalapenos, seeds removed
  • 1 tbsp lime garlic cilantro seasoning, optional

Instructions

  1. Place artichokes, garlic, and jalapenos into the bowl of a food processor.

    Pulse until coarsely chopped.

    Add in parmesan cheese, cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream.

    Add salt, pepper, lime juice, and lime seasoning.

    Pulse until everything blends.

    Make sure to leave the dip slightly chunky.

    Spoon dip into bowl and garnish with more jalapenos. Place in fridge for 1 to 2 hours. Enjoy the creamy deliciousness!
