
1.Cook the bacon and drain on paper towels, crumble or chopped up when cooled. Set aside.
2.In a large mixing bowl using a hand held mixer, mix the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add in sour cream, milk and ranch mix.
3.Fold in the cheddar cheese and bacon. Mix with a rubber spatula until all is well incorporated. Spoon into a serving bowl, garnish and serve right away or place in fridge until ready to serve.
Recipe Notes: Can be stored in fridge up to 2 days. Recipe can be cut in half for a smaller crowd.
