
1.Combine the pumpkin and the cold milk in a medium to large size bowl.
2.Add the pudding mix to the pumpkin and skim milk and whisk for about 2 minutes until the mixture starts to slightly thicken. Add the spices, whisk again just until they are combined.
3.Let mixture rest for 2-5 minutes. If needed for consistency, add the last 1/4 cup milk.
4.Fold in the Cool Whip.
5.Chill mousse in the fridge for about 1/2 hour.
