
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2.In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula.
3.Roll dough into balls.
4.With the tines of a fork, gently press down on each cookie.
5.Bake for about 11 to 15 minutes or until tops are golden brown and bottoms are lightly brown.
6.Take out and let pan cool on wire rack for about 15 minutes. Then transfer cookies to wire rack to cool completely.
7.Store in covered container up to 4 days on counter. Enjoy!
