High Protein Frozen Yogurt

For a refreshing and healthy treat, try this very simple recipe for the most delectable high protein frozen yogurt. Enjoy for breakfast, lunch, snack time, or dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain non fat frozen Greek yogurt, you can use vanilla but, may change the nutritional count
  • 1 scoop 30 grams strawberry or vanilla protein powder I used whey but, use any brand of choice that has about 110 calories per scoop
  • 1 cup unsweetened frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened frozen mangos
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • pinch sea salt to balance flavors

Instructions

  1. 1.Place yogurt, protein, cinnamon and salt in a food processor or high speed blender, Whirl. Stop and scrape sides if needed. Mix again.

    2. Add in the frozen fruit. While again. Stop and scrape down the sides. Mix until all is blended and smooth.

    3. Spoon into serving dish and garnish with fresh raspberries, this is optional.
