
For a refreshing and healthy treat, try this very simple recipe for the most delectable high protein frozen yogurt. Enjoy for breakfast, lunch, snack time, or dessert!
1.Place yogurt, protein, cinnamon and salt in a food processor or high speed blender, Whirl. Stop and scrape sides if needed. Mix again.
2. Add in the frozen fruit. While again. Stop and scrape down the sides. Mix until all is blended and smooth.
3. Spoon into serving dish and garnish with fresh raspberries, this is optional.
