Ingredients

  • 1 5.3 ounce Two Good Dannon Vanilla Greek Yogurt, or yogurt of choice, I like the lower carb yogurts
  • 1 cup sugar free Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 5 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 3-4 chocolate wafer cookies made into crumbs or 1 1/2 chocolate or plain graham crackers
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips for drizzle, or Hershey's sugar free chocolate syrup, this is optional

Instructions

  1. 1.Place 6 foil or paper muffin cups in a muffin tin, set aside.

2.Add yogurt into a medium mixing bowl and gently stir yogurt. Add Cool Whip and gently combine. Add strawberries and 4 tablespoons of the chips, save 1 tablespoon for garnish. Place in fridge for just a minute.

3.Put cookies in a plastic bag and crunch up with your hands or a rolling pin.

4.Spoon yogurt mixture into the prepared cups. Sprinkle with chips and cookie crumbs for garnish. Place in freezer.

5.If garnishing with melted chocolate, melt chips in the microwave for 20 seconds, take out, stir and put back in for another 15 to 20 seconds. Stir again. With a teaspoon or fork, drizzle over frozen cups. Place back in freezer for at least 2 hours with or without the melted chocolate. Before eating, let sit out on the counter for just a couple of minutes before you take a big bite! Enjoy!
