Frozen Peanut Butter Cookie Sandwiches

You only need 3 ingredients to make a creamy, crunchy delicious frozen dessert. It’s like eating peanut butter ice cream inside chocolate cookies. Enjoy the deliciousness!

Ingredients

  • 2 full sheets regular or chocolate graham crackers
  • 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter powdered
  • 2 heaping tbsp whipped topping, I used Cool Whip Free
  • water to mix with peanut butter powder

Instructions

  1. 1.In a small bowl mix whipped topping with the peanut butter powder mixture.

    2.Break each cracker in half to make 4 squares. Spread the mixture over one cracker and place the other half on top gently. Some may squeeze out but not a big deal. It freezes up nicely.

    3.Wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap, freeze for a few hours until firm. Enjoy!!
