Scoop cottage cheese out of the container and place in blender or mini food chopper. Whirl for about 20 seconds. Check to see if the cottage cheese is smooth but with a bit of texture. If needed do this again for another 10 seconds or until desired texture. Place in fridge until ready to use.Rinse strawberries in cool water, if you have a veggie and fruit spray, lightly spray and then rinse off the strawberries in cool water.Slice strawberries thin but, not too thin that they fall apart. Lastly, toast the bread to preferred doneness. Take the cottage cheese spread out of the fridge and with a spoon, spread over each slice of bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon and then, layer the strawberries over. Now, drizzle the honey. That's it. Enjoy!
