
This is a fun and simple recipe to make for company or any special weeknight dessert. These chocolate chip cannoli cones are the new rave with our friends and family members. Now, they make these for their own families and friends too. Check out what I usually call these cone-oli cones and enjoy!
Mix all ingredients (except for the 2 remaining tablespoons mini chocolate chips to dip cones into) together until smooth. You can use a hand mixer, wire whisk or just a fork and then rubber spatula. This depends on how silky and smooth you like the pastry filling. Divide filling into each sugar cone. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Take out and dip each cone into the remaining mini chocolate chips and put back in fridge for another 30 minutes. Enjoy!
